About the Author...

I started Tales of a Southern Odd Belle initially because everyone kept telling me I needed to share some of my apparently funny stories with a wider audience. As I began, however, I realized I had more to discuss than just the admittedly whacky tales I've accumulated in my 50 years on earth. In other words, I've got some knowledge I wish someone could have dropped on my younger self. I hope to make you laugh as I retell stories of the great characters I've met along the way, whether from my childhood, from the courtroom during my days as a trial lawyer, or from my time as a mother, a daughter, a wife, and an entrepreneur. I really have no idea exactly where I'm going on this journey, but I am excited to see how it takes shape. Thank you for visiting my site and coming along for the ride.
